Retail Shipping 

Online orders are packed & shipped within 24-48 hours of the following business day. 

Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. 

You can expect to receive your order within 1-7 days after it has been shipped.

*Delays may occur due to certain postage/shipping conditions that are out of our control.

Retail Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination address. As you proceed to checkout, our system interfaces with the respective carrier services to provide you with the most current shipping rates available for your specific order.

Western Canada FREE Shipping - Orders over $100 (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba)

Eastern Canada FREE Shipping - Orders over $120 (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador)

*Northern Provinces/Territories are excluded from free shipping due to much higher shipping costs.

*USA/International orders are excluded from free shipping due to much higher shipping costs.
